We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global technology organisation for a Principal Program Manager to support major semiconductor manufacturing expansion projects.

This is a senior leadership role focused on tool installation strategy, project readiness, contractor management, and continuous improvement across large-scale manufacturing facilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.

• 10+ years' experience within semiconductor wafer fabrication facilities, ideally in 300mm environments.

• Strong knowledge of tool installation, cleanroom operations, and manufacturing equipment integration.

• Proven experience delivering large-scale capital projects and working across global teams.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
