Resourcer is our entry-level role, perfect for those who are new to recruitment. You'll join a team of experienced consultants, learning our processes and industries without having to deal with clients directly.

Our Account Manager model is perfect for those who have some experience in recruitment. You'll work on live accounts with active roles, focusing on proactively headhunting candidates without having to manage the entire process.

360 Consultant

360 Consultants provide an end-to-end solution for our clients. As a 360, you'll be responsible for bringing on new clients as well as working live roles for them. Our Resourcers and Account Managers will still be on hand to support you when needed, but you'll take the lead on your accounts.

Business Development

As a Business Development Manager, your sole focus will be to develop new business, opening up new accounts for MRL. This role is perfect for people whose strengths lean more towards new business, and doesn't require you to have any input on the hiring processes. 


Our Account Managers will take care of the client's live positions and you'll benefit from every placement made.
