Women In Semiconductors Episode 1: Dale Morris

In the male-dominated industry that is Semiconductors, our first episode focuses on how the majority of the industry can play their part in making it a more equitable and fair industry for all minorities; How to be an Ally with Dale Morris.

We first met Dale in 2023 in Austin, Texas, who shortly after attended our Women In Semiconductors Roundtable event in January 2023. At the time, Dale was 27 years into his 28-year career at Applied Materials, joining as a Lead Engineering Technician in 1995, and spending the last 6 years of his tenure as Chief Engineer. In September 2023, Dale joined Ichor Systems Inc. as VP of Production Engineering and Continuous Improvement.
