Championing 'Women In Tech' International Women's Day 2019

Here at MRL, we are passionate about Technology. We’re also very passionate about people making a difference in the industries we love. March 8th is International Women's Day. It's one of those days to celebrate not only Women in Tech, but to empower and give hope to all Women in every industry. 

At MRL we have placed hundreds of inspiring Women in the high technology and finance markets all over the globe over the past 17 years. With just 30% of the IT workforce being female, developing the next generation of future female leaders has never been more important. 

This year, we wanted to celebrate International Women’s Day by championing different Women in different locations and sectors around the world.

With this years campaign around #BalanceforBetter with a strapline of ‘Balance drives a better working world', we’ve spoken to some incredible females within the technology industries to hear about their experiences. Listen to their story, what drives them and what International Women’s Day really means to them.
