Senior 3GPP SA Expert – Mobile Core Network Evolution - Paris/remote - Apply here at MRL
A global leader in ICT infrastructure and smart devices is looking for a Senior 3GPP SA Expert. This role focuses on driving core network architecture and protocol evolution, with a key emphasis on 3GPP standards and mobile network advancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop standard strategies for core network architecture and protocol evolution.
- Track emerging technology trends and assess potential challenges and risks to guide core network evolution.
- Build strong relationships with standard organizations (3GPP, ETSI, GSMA, NGMN) and promote industry-wide collaboration.
- Identify new standard opportunities and represent the company in international standardization bodies.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in 3GPP/NGMN standardization, with a deep understanding of 4G/5G protocols.
- Expertise in mobile telecommunications technologies, particularly 5G/4G core network protocols.
- Strong technical insight into industry trends and innovations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
