Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead sales and marketing activities, achieving growth and revenue targets.
  • Develop new customers, market segments, and opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with sales channels, representatives, and distributors.
  • Collaborate with ecosystem partners to bring complete solutions to market.
  • Analyse competitive landscapes and refine strategies in coordination with business units.
  • Provide customer support from design to mass production.
  • Maintain strong relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Drive C-level engagement with customers and partners.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and manage contract execution.
  • Travel as needed for customer engagement and business development.
What You Bring:
  • Experience selling connectivity solutions.
  • Proven track record in business development and customer engagement.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present our value proposition to diverse audiences.
  • Comfort in engaging at C-level and engineering levels.
  • Autonomous, self-driven, and effective at working remotely.
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in technology sales within the electronics/semiconductor industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Fluent in German and English; French is a plus.
  • Strong communication, networking, and organizational skills.
