People & Culture Manager - EMEA
Are you a seasoned HR professional with a passion for creating exceptional employee experiences? We're seeking a People & Culture Manager to join our clients dynamic EMEA team, reporting directly to the Global P&C Director. In this role, you'll oversee key HR operations and employee relations across the EMEA region, driving compliance and operational excellence while fostering a culture of engagement and innovation.

What You’ll Do:
P&C Operations:
- Maintain and organise essential HR documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and onboarding forms.
- Ensure alignment with European labour laws in preparing employee agreements and compliance documents.
- Lead onboarding and offboarding processes to create a seamless employee experience.
- Manage and update employee records in HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR).
- Conduct exit interviews, analyse trends, and recommend actionable improvements.
Compliance & Regional Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with European labour laws, with a particular focus on Germany and Hungary.
- Administer regional employee benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans.
- Support updates to workplace policies and employee handbooks to reflect regulatory changes.
- Manage employment administration for EOR (Employer of Record) employees in the region.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance management, conflict resolution, and development.
- Collaborate with the global HR team on engagement initiatives, such as wellness and recognition programs.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across the region.
HR Reporting & Analytics:
- Generate reports on key HR metrics like turnover, headcount, and engagement.
- Support compensation reviews to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
What You Bring:
- Solid HR generalist experience, including multi-country HR management in Europe.
- Strong knowledge of European employment laws, particularly in Germany and Hungary.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse cultures.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- A proactive mindset and problem-solving skills, with a focus on compliance and employee satisfaction.
