As a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for crafting and analyzing digital and analog circuits used in the development of memory products. We focus on developing cutting-edge silicon-to-systems solutions, from technology development and sophisticated memory designs to product development, systems design, and validation, all leading to outstanding memory solutions.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with design and verification teams worldwide, supporting groups such as Product Engineering, Test, Probe, Process Integration, Assembly, and Product Architecture. Together, we proactively design products that optimize manufacturing functions, ensuring the best cost, quality, reliability, and time-to-market.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Develop solutions and define requirements for circuit operation, with a strong focus on Design for Manufacturing (DFM).
  • Seek opportunities to introduce competitive advantages by developing innovative ideas and concepts.
  • Assist in the design and development of schematic blocks such as memory array, control logic, address decode, datapath, and internal test logic.
  • Understand the impact of design architecture decisions on overall power, speed, and die size.
  • Import layout parasitic information into the circuit simulation environment.

Qualifications:

  • BSEE or higher, with 4+ years of related experience.
  • Simulation experience using both analog and digital tools.
  • Ability to debug circuits based on both simulation and silicon results.
  • Strong understanding of high-speed logic and clock design.
  • Experience with design, layout, and optimization of memory circuits.
  • Ability to perform circuit simulations using industry-standard tools such as SPICE and VERILOG.
  • Ability to interpret device specifications to deliver required functionality.
