A leading telecom company is seeking a 3GPP RAN1 Standards Expert to drive 5G-Advanced and 6G proposals within 3GPP. This role requires deep experience in wireless communication systems and the ability to influence industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the company as a delegate in 3GPP RAN1, advocating for proposals related to 5G-Advanced and 6G.
- Collaborate with customers to gather requirements and foster partnerships.
- Mentor and train new delegates to build a strong standards team.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in 3GPP or related areas in wireless communications.
- Doctoral or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proven track record in influencing industry standards and working in multi-company negotiations.
- Strong presentation, communication, and networking skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally for standards meetings.
