Natalie Hughes is a Principal Consultant who joined MRL in January 2021 with over 12 years of experience in the recruitment industry. Having honed her skills in the lighting and optics space, Natalie is our go-to consultant for any client in these industries looking for expert support from a true specialist.

Natalie loves spending time with her family and is often ferrying her two children around on the weekend to every club under the sun. When she's not with her family, you'll find Natalie enjoying the countryside and all of the pubs and restaurants they have to offer with her nearest and dearest friends.
