Warehouse Associate (Temporary) – Netherlands

Are you a detail-oriented and organized professional looking for a dynamic warehouse role in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a Warehouse Associate  to join our team in the Netherlands on a fixed term contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing products, ensuring accurate shipping and receiving, and maintaining inventory quality. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with logistics, shipping, and warehouse experience who thrives in a structured, quality-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Unpack, photograph, and label inventory for tracking purposes.
• Organize, sort, and store inventory in designated locations.
• Prepare and process domestic and international shipments, including invoicing and logistics support.
• Handle customer returns and coordinate with suppliers.
• Operate warehouse equipment and maintain compliance
• Work collaboratively to meet team goals and performance KPIs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations ideally within the components space
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and inventory software.
• Familiarity with carrier programs advantageous
• English proficiency required; Dutch language skills are a plus.
