About the Role:

As the Scandinavian Territory Sales Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to lead a small team of dedicated sales professionals, manage top accounts, and develop new business across Sweden and the surrounding Nordic markets. Based from your home office, you’ll manage everything from sales strategy to execution, working with local distributors and directly with clients to ensure growth targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Territory Management: Oversee and resolve sales challenges within the assigned Nordic territories, with a focus on expanding client relationships and regional growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a remote team of sales professionals. Provide training, guidance, and regular support to help each team member achieve their goals.
  • Top Accounts Management: Engage directly with top accounts, including regular sales visits and new product presentations. You’ll be the primary contact for high-priority clients, ensuring satisfaction and continued partnership.
  • Sales Channel Development: Partner with representatives and distributors, providing training and joint support for key customer accounts.
  • Event Coordination: Attend trade shows and client events, representing the brand and building new business relationships.
  • Regional Travel: Weekly travel across the Nordic region, with occasional overnight stays.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in a similar role, particularly with experience managing a remote team and engaging directly with major accounts.
  • Industry Knowledge: Background in a technical or B2B environment is a plus.
  • Language Skills: Fluent English required; native or strong proficiency in a Scandinavian language is preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred, though relevant experience will be highly regarded.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel across the region regularly.
