We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Account Manager to join our fast-growing team in Taiwan. This is a remote opportunity that offers flexibility while still being part of a collaborative and supportive team environment.

As a key member of the sales team, you’ll be responsible for driving strategic customer relationships, managing high-value accounts, and contributing to overall business growth. The ideal candidate brings a passion for sales, a customer-first mindset, and a strong understanding of the electronics or components distribution industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management & Client Engagement

  • Take ownership of a portfolio of strategic customer accounts

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and point of contact to ensure excellent service delivery

  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and expand client relationships

  • Sales Development & Execution

  • Create and execute tailored sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets

  • Negotiate pricing and terms, manage the sales cycle, and close deals efficiently

  • Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and operations teams to fulfil customer expectations

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with business development and internal teams to support regional initiatives

  • Provide insights from the field to inform market strategy and product positioning

  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and pipeline forecasts

  • Customer Interaction

  • Maintain frequent customer communication through calls, emails, and video meetings

  • Conduct on-site visits where necessary to deepen relationships and drive engagement


    Requirements

    • Several years  of experience in sales, account management, or related role

    • Experience in the electronics industry or component distribution is highly desirable

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Mandarin and English

    • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and commercial awareness

    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

    • Comfortable using CRM tools and reporting systems

    • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events
