Internal Sales Manager (m/w/d) – Munich

We are supporting a leading global electronics company in their search for an experienced and motivated Internal Sales Manager to join their Munich office. Your role:

  • Lead and manage an Inside Sales team of approximately 9 associates

  • Develop and execute inside sales strategies to deliver excellent customer service and sales performance

  • Promote solution-selling in alignment with company strategy

  • Oversee sales support activities throughout the order-to-invoice process

  • Ensure associates receive timely and effective training in product knowledge, systems, and organizational skills

  • Own the customer interface for backend quality processes, including corrective actions and reports

  • Coordinate customer-related credit, financial, and commercial topics with internal stakeholders

  • Supervise accurate processing of customer quotations and support complex pricing negotiations

  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external escalations

  • Define, drive, and continuously improve team strategy for quotation management

About you:

  • Formal education in economics, business, or a related field

  • Substantial experience in a sales management position within electronics, semiconductors, EMS, or distribution

  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)

  • Proactive, open-minded, and results-driven

  • Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)

  • Leadership or team management experience, with a collaborative approach

  • Flexible, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Willing to learn and use internal IT systems and processes
