  • Create and implement account strategies to increase market share and visibility within contractor-specified business.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and distributors to coordinate activities and ensure successful project outcomes.

  • Provide technical and product guidance, including support on lighting controls and compliance with industry standards.

  • Contribute to the quotation and tendering process, working with pricing teams to deliver competitive proposals.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and contractor frameworks to identify new opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate project records, forecasts, and engagement updates using CRM tools.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven success in contract or project sales within the lighting, electrical, or building services industries.

  • Strong network of electrical and M&E contractors and consultants.

  • Excellent understanding of electrical specifications, lighting controls, and installation practices.

  • Ability to interpret tender documentation and technical drawings.

  • Commercially astute, with excellent negotiation and influencing skills.

  • Highly organised and self-motivated, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.

  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.

  • Fluency in English (additional languages advantageous).

  • Dynamic and collaborative working environment with a technical focus.

  • Competitive salary, performance-based bonus, and comprehensive benefits package.

  • Ongoing technical and product training to support career development.

  • The chance to work on prestigious national and international lighting projects.
