Account Executive – Southern California

Location: Southern California | Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Account Executive to join our client's team in Southern California. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for solving supply chain challenges. As an Account Executive, you will connect suppliers and clients, addressing supply shortages and excess inventories, and creating impactful business solutions.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, develop, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions in collaboration with sales management.
  • Acquire and sell electronic components across diverse industries.
  • Analyse data using Microsoft Excel to value and format product offerings effectively.
  • Adhere to company protocols while managing resources and transactions.
 

What You Bring:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; 
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to nurture client relationships and close deals over the phone.
  • Highly self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Experience:

  • 5-7 years in sales or telemarketing, particularly in electronic components, computer parts, or ITAD industries.
  • Familiarity with fast sales cycles and high transaction volumes.
