Who will I report into?
Typically you'll report directly to our MD, Harley Lorence. You'll also have our Group Operations Director, Kelly, and our CEO, David, on hand for any other questions or queries you may have. Harley will take you through your monthly reviews and support you with client negotiations.

Of course! Our employee benefits are for everyone in every office regardless of seniority. Duvet days are allocated as soon as you pass your probation, just like everyone else.
How long does my probation last?
We typically give everyone at MRL a 6-month probation period. You'll have monthly reviews in which you can talk about your career path at MRL and any specific areas you want training and development in and raise any questions, queries or concerns confidentially.
